Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for a few minutes until tender, then drain.
In a bowl, mix together hung curd (or Greek yogurt), besan, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder, asafoetida, red chilly powder, coriander cumin powder, black salt, garam masala, and oil to create a marinade.
Coat the blanched broccoli florets in the marinade and let them sit for a while.
Heat oil in a pan and roast the marinated broccoli florets until charred and cooked through.
In a separate bowl, combine chopped almonds, raisins, boiled peas, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, and red paprika.
Assemble the roasted broccoli with the sautéed vegetables and sprinkle with chaat masala, honey, and lemon juice before serving.
