Soak 2 cups of barley in water for 3 days, changing the water daily.
After 3 days, rinse the barley and transfer it to another dish without water.
Wet a cloth and place it over the barley, rewetting it daily for 3-4 days to grow roots.
Blend the soaked barley with 2 cups of water to extract the juice.
Strain the blended barley to obtain the liquid.
In a medium to large pot, add 6 cups of wheat flour.
Slowly mix in half of the barley liquid, ensuring no lumps form.
Cook over medium to low heat, stirring constantly for about 1 hour until thickened.
Add 1 cup of remaining barley liquid and cook for another 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cover the pot and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes on low heat.
Let cool before serving, garnished with sesame seeds.
