Prepare ingredients: 500 g mushrooms, 500 g ground beef, 1.5 large onions, 1 normal glass white wine, 0.5 normal glass olive oil, 150-200 g parmesan cheese, 0.5-0.75 normal glass milk, 2 normal glasses arborio rice, dried porcini mushrooms, salt, black pepper.

Heat approximately 0.5 normal glass of olive oil in a pan over high heat.

Add finely chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly golden.

Hydrate dried porcini mushrooms in water and set aside.

In a separate pan, cook the ground beef with a little olive oil on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Once the onions are golden, add the hydrated mushrooms to the pan with onions.

Add the arborio rice to the onion and mushroom mixture and stir.

Gradually add vegetable broth as needed, stirring continuously until absorbed.

After the rice is almost cooked, add 0.75 normal glass of white wine and stir.

Add 0.5-0.75 normal glass of milk and stir until combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Once the rice is creamy and al dente, remove a portion for a vegetarian option.

Finally, add the cooked ground beef to the remaining risotto and mix well.
