Pan de Queso

1/2 cup water
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups tapioca flour/starch

Add water and oil into a pot.

Heat the pot on the hob for a couple of minutes.

In a bowl, add tapioca flour and salt, and mix together.

Gradually add the heated oil/water mixture into the bowl, stirring in between each addition.

Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl and leave to cool.

Once cooled, add the eggs to the mixture and use your hands to mix for 3-4 minutes.

Add parmesan and cheddar cheese to the dough and mix thoroughly.

Roll the dough into balls weighing between 15-20g each.

Place the cheese balls on a baking tray and add a final bit of cheese on top of each ball.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
