Heat the milk and smash the yeast into it.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the milk and yeast mixture and mix.
Let the yeast mixture rise for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add all the flour and mix in salt with a fork.
Make a hole in the middle of the flour and lay the eggs in it.
After the yeast has risen, add it to the bowl with flour and eggs.
Start mixing the ingredients together.
Add 100 ml of oil to the mixture.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Flour the table and transfer the dough onto it.
Knead the dough for another 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a new bowl greased with oil to prevent sticking.
Cover the bowl with transparent foil and let it rise for 45 minutes.
After the dough has risen, transfer it to the floured table.
Cut a small portion of the dough to make shapes on top.
Shape the remaining dough into a round shape and place it in a tray.
If you have a narrower tray, use that for a better shape.
Place the dough in the middle of the tray without adding more oil.
Make smaller balls from the dough for decoration, as they will grow during baking.
Flatten a small piece of dough and cut it into a round shape.
Make cuts in the round dough to create a star shape or any preferred decoration.
Press the decorations lightly onto the main dough to stick them together.
Let the assembled dough rise for another 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with heat from both above and below.
Place the dough in the oven to bake.
The Passover is ready after baking, even without the beaten egg on top.
