Boil 2 medium-sized potatoes, peel, and break them into large pieces.

Heat a pan and add a little oil.

Once the oil is hot, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Add finely chopped onion and 2 finely chopped green chilies to the pan.

Add chopped bell pepper and sauté lightly without burning the vegetables.

Add 1 medium-sized chopped tomato and mix well.

Add fresh peas and mix everything together.

Add salt, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, red chili powder to taste, and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and mix well.

Add the boiled potatoes and mash them using a potato masher until well combined.

Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well, then set aside to cool.

In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds until they crackle.

Add 4-5 dried red chilies and sauté lightly without burning them.

Add 1 medium-sized onion, roughly chopped, and sauté until it turns pink.

Add 2 medium-sized tomatoes (double the quantity of onion) and mix well.

Add salt to taste and cook the mixture without adding water, covering for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, check the mixture; the tomato skins should be soft and coming off.

Transfer the mixture to a grinding jar and blend until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, red chili powder to taste, and salt, and mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon turmeric powder and mix again.

Gradually add water to make a batter that is neither too thick nor too thin, and set aside for 2 minutes.

Shape the cooled stuffing into patties using your hands.
