Prepare the ingredients by peeling and chopping the potatoes (Aloo), slicing the onions (piyaz), and washing the spinach (palak).

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped potatoes, sliced onions, and washed spinach.

Add the yogurt (Dahi), chopped coriander (hara dhania), ajwain (ajween), red chili powder (laal mirch), dry coriander (sokha dhania), salt (Namak), and chopped green chilies (hari mirchein) to the mixture.

Gradually add besan (chickpea flour) to the mixture until it holds together.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
