1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Ghee
1 Stick Butter
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Half & Half

1 tsp Almonds
1 tbsp Dry Fruit
1/2 Orange
Food Colors
1 lbs Mutton
1/2 Onion
1/2 Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Black Cardamom
4 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
2 Dry Red Pepper
9-10 Whole Black pepper
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Crushed Black pepper
1 cup Rice
1/4 Onion
Pinch of Cumin seeds
2 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Fried Onion Paste

Soak the rice for 15 minutes.
