Prepare the apricots by cutting along the seam and removing the pit, keeping the halves intact.

Gradually work in 200 g of regular flour, starting with half, then adding the rest, mixing until a soft, sticky dough forms.

Flatten one piece of dough, place an apricot in the center, and add about half a teaspoon of sugar.
