Prepare the dough by mixing 1 cup of water, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3 cups of flour. Adjust the flour as necessary.
Roll out the dough into thin sheets.
Layer the sheets in a greased baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
Chop the Antep fıstığı finely and layer it between the sheets of dough.
Roll the layered dough tightly into a log shape, enclosing the nut mixture.
Slice the rolled baklava and place it in the baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C until golden brown.
Prepare the syrup by boiling 6 cups of water and 6 cups of sugar with a quarter of a lemon for flavor. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Pour the hot syrup over the baked baklava and let it cool before serving.
