2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium bananas)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).

In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, almond milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.

Grease a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) and pour the oatmeal mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
