2 cups black beans
1 head garlic
1 piece green bell pepper
5 to 10 cups water
1/2 can Thai Kitchen organic coconut milk unsweetened
1 Maggi cube
black pepper
ground cloves
salt
seasoned salt
oil

Rinse the black beans and remove any bad ones.

Press down on the garlic cloves to release flavor.

Add the black beans to a large pot.

Add 10 cups of water to the pot.

Add ground cloves and oil to the pot.

Stir the mixture and cover the pot.

Boil on medium-high heat for one hour.
