3 cloves garlic
1 cup leeks, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
1 cup sweet and spicy pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Goya seasoning
1 tablespoon Maggie seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
