1 ounce coconut oil
1 ounce maple syrup
1 ounce pecans
1 ounce walnuts
1 ounce dried cranberries

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Heat the coconut oil and maple syrup together until the coconut oil is melted and the mixture is runny.

Chop the walnuts and pecans finely.

In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, chopped pecans, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Mix the dry ingredients well.

Add the melted coconut oil and maple syrup mixture to the dry ingredients and combine until all oats are well coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 to 30 minutes to prevent burning and ensure even browning.

After baking, allow the granola to cool slightly, then stir in the dried cranberries or other dried fruit of choice.
