Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, aiming for 12 to 14 bao buns.

Cut baking paper into squares to place under each bao bun to prevent sticking.

Fold the baking paper over the bao buns and place them in the Varoma.

Let the rolled dough sit for a while before cutting out the circles to prevent springing back.

Ensure the bao buns are evenly spaced in the Varoma with gaps for steam.

Add 1 liter of water to the Thermomix bowl and set to kettle mode at 100°.

Once the water reaches 100°, place the Varoma on top and steam for 15 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 2.

Remove the bao buns from the Varoma and place them in a sealable container while still warm to keep them soft.
