2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 bell peppers
1 large onion
2 zucchinis
3 Roma tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 bay leaves
2 hot peppers
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups aged basmati rice
