salt – ½ tsp
sugar – 3 oz | 100 g
vanilla extract – ½ tsp
almond extract – ½ tsp
powdered sugar – 2 tbsp

Beat the eggs with the salt, add the sugar and keep beating, then add the flour and mix until smooth.

Add 1 oz | 30 g of melted butter, the vanilla and almond extracts, mix until smooth.

Take kernels out of cherries.

Brush a baking dish with 1 tbsp of softened butter.

Sprinkle evenly the baking dish with 2 tbsp of sugar including the walls.

Lay out the prepared cherry evenly in a layer and pour with the batter.

Bake the clafouti for 50 minutes in the preheated oven at 320°F | 160°C.

When serving sprinkle your cherry clafouti with the powdered sugar.
