Prepare baked beans to be cooked with the salt fish.

Chop a small piece of sweet pepper, onion, and garlic for seasoning.

Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan.

Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Combine the salt fish and baked beans in the pan with the sautéed garlic and seasonings.

Add a little vinegar to the mixture for flavor.

Cover the pan and let it steam for 2 to 3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Prepare the dumpling by mixing flour with water and a little salt (no salt in the flour).

Shape the dumplings and add them to boiling water to cook.
