Cook the pork roast on low for most of the day.

Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes and draining them.

Melt butter in the pot with the drained potatoes.

Mash the potatoes before adding any other ingredients.

Add heavy whipping cream to the mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
