  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. 3Rub the olive oil all over the pork roast, then coat it with the spice mixture.
  4. 4Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and surround it with the quartered onion, carrots, and potatoes.
  5. 5Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the roasting pan.
  6. 6Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
