Divide the dough into small balls and let rest for 15 minutes.
Roll each ball into a thin circle, about 8 inches in diameter.
Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook each circle for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Brush cooked moufletas with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Stack the moufletas and drizzle with honey and orange blossom water.
Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
