1 tbsp dry yeast

In a bowl or stand mixer combine all the dry ingredients including the dry yeast.

Add the water gradually until it reaches a dough that is not sticky and fluffy.

Let it rest and rise for 30 minutes.

Prepare a plate with oil.

Cut small pieces of dough the size of your fist and roll them into smooth balls.

Place them in the plate filled with oil and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare a pan and let it warm up with ½ tsp of grease.

Flatten the moufleta until it is as thin as possible in a rectangular shape.

Cook the moufletas for about 2 minutes on each side.

Serve with a generous amount of butter, honey, and a dash of powdered sugar.
