Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

Flatten out the bread and spread a little whipped cream cheese on each piece.

Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top of the cream cheese and arrange the diced strawberries in a line.

Roll up the bread tightly around the strawberries.

Grab a skillet or frying pan and lightly grease it.

Dip the roll-ups into the egg mixture and then onto the skillet.

Cook on all sides until golden brown.

Remove and dip into a bowl with cinnamon and sugar mixed together.

Serve with maple syrup.
