Pat dry half a pound of firm tofu and crumble it into a bowl.
Thinly slice half a red onion and quarter of a red bell pepper and quarter of a green bell pepper.
Mash up an avocado with some salt and pepper.
Break down black salt into a powder to use.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add sliced red onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
Add crumbled tofu to the pan along with half a teaspoon of black salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Season with salt and sauté for a few more minutes until done.
Plate the sautéed mixture and set aside, then wipe out the pan with a paper towel.
Slice the tortilla wrap down the center to create four sections.
In the first section, place the mashed avocado.
In the second section, add thinly sliced tomato.
In the third section, add fresh leafy greens.
In the last section, add the sautéed veggies and your favorite plant-based cheese.
Sprinkle some smoked paprika and drizzle sriracha over the filling.
Add ketchup to taste.
Fold the wrap one section at a time, folding each section onto one another.
Heat the wrapped tortilla in the pan over medium heat for about a minute or two on each side.
Plate and serve the wrap.
