- 6In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
- 7Scoop dough into balls, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 8Place dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- 9Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
- 10Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Instructions

- 2Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg to the saucepan.
- 3Whisk the mixture continuously until the sugars and cocoa powder are fully dissolved and the mixture is heated through, but not boiling.
- 4Remove the saucepan from heat once the hot chocolate is steaming.
- 5Pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
- 6Top each mug with mini marshmallows and a dollop of whipped cream.
- 7Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
- 8Serve immediately and enjoy your Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate!
