Turkey and Cheese Pinwheel Sandwiches
Cultural Context
Popular for parties and gatherings, these pinwheel sandwiches are easy to make and customizable.
Lightly spread mayo on one side of the tortillas.
Layer honey turkey deli meat on one side of the tortilla.
Add two slices of baby swiss cheese on top of the turkey.
Place bib lettuce on top of the cheese.
Turn the tortilla around and start rolling it tightly from the layered side.
Cut off the ends of the rolled tortilla.
Use toothpicks to hold the pinwheels together if serving to guests.
Plate the pinwheel sandwiches.
