1 cup coconut milk
1 cup sweet potato, diced
1 cup breadfruit, diced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic
1 cup green peppers, diced
0.5 cup scallion (green onion), chopped
2 teaspoons thyme
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups water
2 cups dumpling dough

Wash the cow foot with vinegar.
