4 cups water
1 cup sweet corn
1 cup sweet potatoes
0.5 cup cocoa
1 cup yam
0.5 cup flour
0.5 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 packet pumpkin soup mix
1 tablespoon Maggi all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon season to the bone Jamaican seasoning

Boil salted pigtail and smoked beef for 15 minutes to remove excess salt.
