1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chili oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Make the dough by mixing flour and warm water, knead for about 5 minutes until soft and smooth.
