1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups water
