Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Soften 4 oz of cream cheese in a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese and mix until creamy using a hand mixer.
Open 2 rolls of crescent rolls and cut each roll into 8 pieces without pressing down too hard.
Place the pieces on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.
Use a small measuring cup sprayed with cooking spray to create indentations in the center of each piece.
Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into each indentation and spread it around slightly.
Sprinkle a little brown sugar on top of each Danish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until done.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a plate.
Mix 1 cup of powdered sugar with a little milk to create a glaze.
