Cut off the top and bottom of the carrots.

Cut the carrots on a bias.

Heat butter in a pan until hot.

Add the carrots to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the carrots until they start to get a little softer.

Drizzle honey over the carrots and mix to coat them evenly.
