1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1/2 cup water
4 cups asparagus (chopped)
1 cup spring onions (diced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill weed
black pepper (to taste)
