Spicy Tofu Ramen

200g firm tofu
1 tbsp chili paste
2 packs ramen noodles
4 soft boiled eggs

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.

Add the cubed tofu to the pot and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the chili paste, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes.
