1 kg chicken thighs (boneless)
1 cup hung curd
1 stick cinnamon
4 cardamom pods
3 cloves
1/4 nutmeg
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 lemon (juice)
10 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
oil (for grilling)

Wash and drain the chicken.

Add the ingredients required for the marinade to a blender and blend it till it becomes a smooth mixture.

Add it to the chicken. Mix it till it coats every piece evenly. Let it marinate for 2 hours.

Stack 3-4 pieces of chicken in one skewer and repeat the same for all the other pieces.

On a hot grill pan, add oil and grill the chicken skewers on a medium to high flame on all sides till there are grill marks and the chicken is cooked.

Transfer it to a plate. Garnish it with chopped coriander and drizzle some olive oil on top.

Serve it hot with a salad and dip on the side.
