1 kg chicken
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 piece lemon juice
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
black pepper to taste
cardamom powder to taste
cinnamon powder to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon oil
mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green)

Cut 1 kg of chicken into pieces.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and 1 piece lemon juice to the chicken.

Mix well and set aside.

Add 2 tablespoons yogurt to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, black pepper, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and 1 teaspoon oregano to the chicken.

Add 1 tablespoon oil and mix everything well.

Let the mixture marinate for 1 hour.

Cut mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green) and tomato into pieces.

Skewer the chicken, alternating with onion, bell peppers, and tomato pieces.
