Chicken cube cut 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup (dahi)
Salt to taste (namak)
Black pepper 1 tsp (kali mirch)
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp (lal mirch)
Lemon juice 3 tbsp (lemo ka rus)
Cloves powder 1/2 tsp (long powder)
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp (dar chini powder)
Dried oregano 1 tsp
Dried basil leaves 1 tsp (optional)
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp (sirka)
Chicken powder 1 tbsp (optional)
Garlic chopped 1 1/2 tbsp (lehson)
Ginger chopped 1 1/2 tbsp (adrak)

Mix all the ingredients in the chicken and marinate it overnight.

To cook them put 1 tbsp of oil in the grill pan and cook the chicken skewers on low flame for 5-6 mins.

Once all the chicken skewers are cooked, put the remaining marination in the same pan adding the chicken in it, and cook on a medium flame for another 2 mins.

Serve it with pitta bread and seasonal salad.
