Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with pieces of tomato, bell pepper, and onion.

Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.

Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
