1/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
5 to 6 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
500 grams boneless skinless chicken thighs

In a large bowl, mix 1/4 cup of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and 5 to 6 grated garlic cloves.

Stir in 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.

Mix all ingredients well to create the marinade.

Cut 500 grams of boneless skinless chicken thighs into 2 to 3 inch pieces and mix them in the marinade.

Marinate the chicken for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).

Prepare wooden skewers by alternating pieces of marinated chicken, capsicum, and onion.

Place the skewers on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

Once cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
