Wash and soak wheat overnight.

Make Arabic ghee by roasting cumin seeds, coriander seeds, carrom seeds, and fennel seeds, then grinding them into a fine powder.

Melt butter in a saucepan, add the ground spices, turmeric, and salt, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

In a large pot, add Arabic ghee, sliced onion, and fry until pink, then add chopped ginger and garlic, and fry for a few minutes.

Add chicken pieces and fry until they change color, then add 4 liters of water, chicken cubes, and salt, and let it cook for 1.5 hours.

Remove chicken pieces, shred them, and set aside.

In the same stock, add soaked wheat and let it cook for 2 hours.

Blend the mixture until smooth, then add shredded chicken and mix.

Cook for another 2 hours and garnish with Arabic ghee and chaat masala.
