Vegan Mapo Tofu

10g dried soy meat
3g ginger
1 scallion
2 tbsp chili bean sauce
1 tsp LAOGANMA chili black bean sauce
1 tsp Sichuan pepper
ยฝ tsp dark soy sauce
ยฝ tsp sugar
1 tbsp starch with 3 tbsp water
1 cup of water
3 tbsp of oil
