Tempura Shrimp

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
1/2 tsp ice cubes

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

Decide to cook half of the tempura shrimp, saving the other half for later.

Lay the tempura shrimp in the air fryer basket.
