Tempura Shrimp

100ml sparkling water

Clean the shrimp by removing the shell and the vein.

Make small incisions along the inner curve of each shrimp and gently stretch them to keep them straight.

Place the cleaned shrimp on a paper towel.

Prepare the tempura batter by mixing 100g of tempura flour with 100ml of sparkling water, stirring lightly without overmixing.

Dip each shrimp into the tempura batter.

Roll the battered shrimp in tenkasu (tempura crisps).

Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer.

Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 6 minutes.
