Soft Swedish Flatbreads

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Cook each flatbread in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Remove from skillet and keep warm under a towel.
Serve warm with butter or your choice of toppings.
