250g maida
2-3 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
500g minced mutton
1 onion
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
2-3 tsp green chillies
some coriander leaves
some mint leaves
100g grated cheese
some saffron strands
2 eggs
chopped onion
3 fried onions
2 lemons
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
5-6 tsp cooking oil

Prepare the dough using maida, ghee, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix minced mutton with onion, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and black pepper powder.

Roll out the dough and fill it with the mutton mixture.

Add grated cheese and saffron strands on top of the filling.

Fold the dough over the filling to create layers.

Cook the layered mutabbaq in a pan with cooking oil until golden brown on both sides.
