1 large egg
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon coriander
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green chilies, chopped

Combine all-purpose flour, water, and salt in a bowl to form a dough.

Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
