Mix 1/2 kg flour with 2 tablespoons oil and salt.

Gradually add water and mix until the dough is perfect.

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Chop 3-4 green onions and mix with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon black pepper.

Prepare the filling by adding chopped onions and ground meat to the mixture.

Roll the dough into balls and flatten them using hands or a rolling pin.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of the filling to the center of the flattened dough.

Fold the dough to create a pocket shape around the filling.

Cook the pockets in a pan until they are crispy and brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
