Mutabbaq

1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
water
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 eggs
green onions

Take 1 cup of flour and sift it.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the flour.

Mix the flour and salt, then gradually add warm water to knead the dough.

Knead until the dough is neither too soft nor too hard.

Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.

Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté until it turns light pink.

Add mashed tomatoes to the sautéed onions and mix well.

Add chopped green chilies and cook for a bit.

Crack 2 eggs into the mixture and stir well.

Add chopped green onions, salt, black pepper, and fresh coriander to the egg mixture.

Cook until the eggs are fully incorporated and the mixture resembles minced meat.

Remove from heat and let the stuffing cool.

Roll out the rested dough into a flat circle.

Spread the egg mixture on the rolled dough and add corn kernels on top.

Fold the dough over the filling to create a parcel.

Heat oil in a frying pan and place the stuffed dough in it.
