Mutabbaq Recipe - Saudi Street Food Mutabbaq recipe to make delicious mutabbaq at home

Combine 1 Cup flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl.

Gradually add 1/2 cup lukewarm water while kneading the dough until it's neither hard nor soft and not sticky.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes after adding some oil to it.

Prepare the meat stuffing by mixing 2 eggs, 200g boiled minced meat, 1 small seedless tomato, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and 4-5 spring onion leaves.

Spread some oil on a mat and roll a small ball of dough with hands and then with a rolling pin until thin.

Add the meat stuffing in a rectangular shape on the rolled dough and fold it from all sides.

Brush some oil on a pan and place the folded mutabbaq carefully from the folded side.

Make a small hole using a toothpick to release steam while cooking.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the filling is cooked properly.

Cut into pieces and serve with green chillies and lemon.
