Gather peppers and chilies from the greenhouse.

Prepare stuffing by mixing 500g of goat's ricotta cheese with 500g of breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl.

Chop and add 4 tomatoes and 2 onions to the mixing bowl.

Crack in 2 eggs into the mixture.

Pour in a bit of olive oil and mix thoroughly until combined.

Slice off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds.

Stuff the peppers with the prepared stuffing mixture.

Place the stuffed peppers on a lightly greased baking tray.

Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.

Use any leftover stuffing by placing it in a baking tin.
